Review: Works for me - I finished a whole bottle and ordered some more here. Also recommended to my mom. I take one on an empty stomach in the morning and another one at night before bed. I sleep better, and now sleep through the night without waking multiple times for the first time in ages. I burp less and digest food better too. I want to do at least 6 months straight for it to have the full effect to revitalize my liver and bile system
Review: I didnt buy it because of the plesant smell - WARNING!!! When you first open a bottle, a smell smillilar to a rotting septic tank that has been suffering from indigestion for years will hit you in the face and make you think regret buying it. My suggestion is to avoid breathing through your nose at all cost. Once your able to ingest it, that is the end to all negative effect. The postive effects, consist of no more gut problem. The tudca was able to increase the bile production helping with digestion problems.

keeps me from feeling ill and fatigued during a tren cycle. i take two in the morning, if i plan on going a little harder or adding in mtren, ill take two at night.
