The powder tasted great, and it was perfect for our homemade marshmallows

Like many supplements the effectiveness is in the dosage. I once took too much and had the inverse effect. I experienced a constipation. It didn’t mix easily with fluid. It’s definitely good for our digestive system.

Ordered to make marshmallows. It works great. I ordered the big bag, which will end up being a lifetime supply. I’m not familiar with this, I only bought it for the recipe. It’s a very very fine brown power. It smells absolutely terrible. Don’t expect a nice aromatic scent. It does taste fine when mixed with other things. It doesn’t dissolve in water, so don’t expect that.

Item smelled rancid when we got it, didn’t taste it because didn’t look safe for consumption either. Didn’t look like any other marshmallow root powder I’ve purchased.
