Wow, what can I say? I bought this in summer of 2023, I think, on the advice of a coworker, and it's fine. It's a great exercise tool kit. I especially like the multiple push up positions you can use on it. My son like using the squat bar. In the time since I bought this, this thing and it's clones have blown up every spring and summer all over the tiktok shop. This is a good purchase.

I use this daily and between this and several other items, (plus a sauna suit), they have worked great along with changing up my diet and working out. Definitely made this 52 yr old look and feel so much better.

So I love the product not bad quality I don’t like the fact that you have to purposely be standing or sitting on the board or putting your hands on it for it not to move. There is no suction for it to stay to a floor which mean it limits you to where you can stand and how much you can move around but using the bands itself with the door or with your hands and things like that or if you are able to just stand on, it works really well. I’m only giving it a three star rating due to the fact that the black board that it sits on is very movable, and the plastic isn’t as the best quality I thought it would be.
