The equipment is great. I actually got more stuff than I thought came with the kit. It’s all fantastic quality and the classes are amazing. I am a long distance runner and strength train before going on my runs and needed a program that was low impact since I’m aging and heavy weights were hurting my lower back. I do a Pvolve every morning and then go on a six mile run. Their workouts leave me energized and while they’re hard they don’t zap my quads so bad that I can’t comfortably still run after. Definitely recommend this equipment and program. I never felt glute burn the way that p ball felt.

I went to activate my account and I am being asked to pay $14.99 for a trial month membership. I thought that this purchase includes a year’s membership already. No way to contact customer service because they have limited hours during the weekday to call. Sorry, but for my lifestyle, this doesn’t work for me. So I’m returning. It’s a shame as I was really excited to trial the system.

Two weeks into using Pvolve and I love it. I am moving muscles in ways I haven't moved them before and feel the effort for the next two days. I love the choices from upper or lower body, full body, with equipment or no equipment. My biggest dilemma is deciding which routine to pick. So happy I got this. It has been a long time that I have felt excited about doing tomorrow's workout.

All parts there and looks like quality made.

This is an excellent system. We order 1 set and then ordered another for my husband. We highly recommend because it can be used holistically or individually for short reps or to blend with another workout such as Bowflex.

I love the system. Great quality of the instruments and I love the Pvolve training program: I feel very good after every session.

Sent back … couldn’t justify the price

Fave exercise program for low intensity functional training. Tried to get back to exercising after giving birth to 3 kids in under 4 years, looked for something to stream at home. I bought the whole bundle w/ 1-yr streaming. I have used it for a year and few months now, I love it! The trainers Maeve, Dani and Antonietta are professional and knowledgeable, no music, no extra silly talk, serious focus and workout! I do weight training also on the side, combining these 2 programs I am super happy. The equipment is crazy expensive but holds up well, came in the best packaging I have ever seen and holds up well after 14 months of using it 2-3x a week. After the first year the monthly fee is way lower since the equipment is paid for by then. I say get the whole package if you are serious about a weekly workout routine at home.

Could not be happier that I bought this and started the classes!

This a great workout with minimal recovery time. I've only had it for a month but I see results. I recommend reaching out to a trainer so they can tell you where to start since they have a voluminous library. Also I used the Internet app on the Amazon Firestick to stream Pvolve. I tried a few casting apps but they just didn't work.

Very disappointing - opened boxes, used ? or retourned items. Not what I was expecting when paying over $1000. I do not recommend.
