Great taste and texture and they don’t spike my blood glucose. I often crave a sweet snack but usually avoid them due to diabetes. So to have something as yummy as these is a real treat. One minor criticism, the salted caramel are delicious but I have to question the taste, for me it’s not salted caramel, but I still love them.

Keto snack bars that are made from minimal amount of natural ingredients are a godsend! Not only are these bars not ultra processed but they come in different flavours and are tasty. If you are on a keto diet and need a slightly sweeter snack with no time or energy to make your own then these bars are highly recommended.

Sadly, not tasty at all, bland and cardboard’y, all three flavours. I was surprised, as I regularly buy the round biscuits of the same brand, and they are quite tasty, especially chocolate flavoured . Not going to buy these any more

the box arrived and I had a Bar for my lunch and it was lovely tasting and I remain full till teatime; then I had the other flavour bar the next day equally as good.

I rarely write reviews on here, but I had to warn other potential buyers that these bars are utterly disgusting. The 'flavours' are so mild, that they do nothing to mask the stodgy, gelatinous lump of what I can only imagine is solidified wallpaper paste, mixed with a smidge of cement, then rolled in a fetid, stagnant swamp and packaged up for human consumption. I have two dogs, one of which literally eats his own faeces, but even they wouldn't eat a piece and I think they are both currently researching how to become unadopted.

Tasty snack bar. Mild flavours, pleasant texture, good size. I am enjoying tasting the different flavours. Wonderful that there are no artificial sweeteners, and the bars are sweet, but not too sweet. I will definitely buy these again.

My hubbie and I have been eating Keto for a year and these are the best bars we have found. Not too heavy or sweet and just right for a snack. Other bars appear and taste too processed. We love these and will continue to buy them.
