Review: Great sounding guitar amp and speaker - Brilliant bit of kit. Great quality speaker and the guitar effects are excellent and easy to change through the app. Connected to my phone very easily. Allows me to practice without headphones and not have to use my large amp that upsets the neighbours. Easy to carry outside and play a bit of guitar on the patio (when the sun is out). Great build quality.
Review: Just get one.... - Exactly what I needed. Great little, convenient practice amp, really well made, I've had several 'practice amps' in the past, ranging from £50 1-5w gimmicks (Fender mini, Blackstar fly, Orange crush mini) to £150 25w modeling amps (Marshall code). They are all awful, all sound like cr*p and the more pricey ones (bigger) which sound a little better are a faff, needing mains power, Bluetooth functions are limited and are still a pain in the arse*e to get out of a cupboard and set up before you can play. This is perfect, holds a charge, is pocket sized, truly plug and play, get great guitar tones in seconds and the app is fantastic. If you're like me... who just wants a good sound, at low volumes, that you can set up in seconds for a 30min noodle/practice on the sofa in the evening, then don't look any further. Again the app is great too, a fantastic learning/practice aid. On top of all that...... It has very impressive sound quality when used as a bluetooth speaker and plenty loud enough for a lounge or barbecue with 12 people talking and having drinks. I very nearly went for a GP5, but by the time you buy a decent little speaker, battery pack so you're not chained to a wall, you're in the same money.... And again it's all a faff to set all that up. This does everything that a GP5 does and more, and is far more convenient, well worth the extra £25 I would highly recommend! If you didn't already realise 😜

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you output to a larger amp?**
A: Yes, In the Spark App, you have the option to activate the line-out mode. By enabling this feature, the audio output from your headphones will be converted to mono, allowing you to utilize the headphone output as a signal source. This can be particularly useful when you want to connect to other audio equipment that requires a mono input.

**Q: Does it have a drum machine? With adjustable tempo etc?**
A: Spark App has a feature called "Smart Jam", our App can hear your guitar audio as a reference to create a drum/bass backing track for you.

But unfortunately, we do not offer the drum machine in Spark App.

**Q: Does your phone's CPU performance affect the number of guitar effects that you can have on at the same time?**
A: My partner says: The audio processing happens within the GO itself, not the phone.  The Spark app is really just the control panel.  You can have all effects (up to 6 - gate/compressor/drive, before the amp, modulation/delay/reverb after the amp) on without issue; these can be switched on/off and swapped for different models but you can’t change the position or order of the pedals).  I’ve not had any problem with all effects on.

**Q: How does the guitar connect via Bluetooth, please? Is there a gizmo to plug in the guitar or just tge normal cable?**

Brilliant bit of kit. Great quality speaker and the guitar effects are excellent and easy to change through the app. Connected to my phone very easily. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little amp

As someone who started playing the guitar a long time ago this little amp has amazed me. It's not much bigger than your phone but is loud enough for home practice and is very portable. Where it really comes into its own is with the app which gives a whole range of different amp sounds. That in itself is great but what makes it even better is the tone cloud where users have submitted presets. What this means is if you want to play a particular song you can search for the tone and there are usually a good number to choose from to sound like the song you want - no twiddling with knobs or extra pedals, just a couple of clicks. Great little amp.
