My husband and I love to cruise. This is a staple item that goes along with us every time to prevent getting sea sick. We start taking a day before we leave and every night while on a cruise. I've suffered from motion sickness my extire life. I have used Bonine for many many years and find it successful in treating motin sickness. I swallow the pill instead of chewing it.

I didn't feel sleepy when I was awake, and I can't say for sure if it helped with motion sickness though it seemed like it. I will say, I was SO drowsy the next day, for about 24 hours. Next time I'm going to try taking half a pill.

Worked great. Gave them to my kids on the cruise and it helped with the motion sickness. They felt a little dizzy (mild) but they did not get sick. I only gave it 4 stars because it says once daily but after a few hours it must've wore off because my son was feeling it again....other than that they were great. I should've given 1 to my husband but he thought he was a big shot & don't get sea sick.....By the last night he was vomiting like a drunkard. 😆. Anyway they work great. I suggest carrying some type of ginger as well in case the chewable wears off. ( lemon ginger tea helps)

Purchased for 7 day cruise. Worked perfectly for me and my husband. We did have a couple of evenings of rough seas!

I am very sensitive to motion. I combine these with sea bands, and I never get sick. I recently took a river cruise that lasted for 10 days with no problems. I also crossed the English Channel, and while others were ill, I had no problem. Bonine also does not cause sleepiness.
