NOW Foods Solutions, Vitamin C and Manuka Honey Gel Cleanser, Brightening System, Promotes Healthy-Looking Skin, 8-Ounce

This face wash is somewhat watery so a little bit goes a long way. The lather is nice and lightweight. Really enjoy the scent of honey undertones mixed with citrus. It has improved the appearance of my skin greatly because of its moisturizing and skin-brightening abilities. Love how well this product works almost instantly. I noticed a difference in my skin after the first use. Bought several more bottles to stock up and also share with others because it is so effective yet affordable.

As of late, I have been having some complexion issues. Due to blemishes, shifts in weather (a really dry month in Seattle), and hormones, I have frequent breakouts and scars from these episodes. Seeking less toxic solutions has been my way to work through this (in addition to wearing lots and lots of liquid foundation that melts away in heat!). Great things have been published about the benefits of manuka honey (in skin and in the body), so, I decided to give NOW Foods Gel Cleanser with Vitamin C and Manuka Honey a try. Since I have been very pleased with their line of cleansers and body oils, my sense was that this product would also be very pleasing. I was right in assuming this. This truly is a clear gel, that smells great (like fresh squeezed oranges). You apply and massage this to freshly moistened (with water) skin. You rub it in from 1-2 minutes, and then thoroughly rinse it off with water. My pores instantly felt cleansed and soothed. This is also supposed to minimize scarring - I haven't noticed a difference in this yet, but, I have only been applying it for about a week now. We shall see how things progress, in about a month's time. It always feels better, for me, to use products that do not add more garbage to my system - living in the big city and surrounded by poisons, anyway (pollution, etc). Another great product from NOW Foods, a company more people should really know more about.

I think the vitamin c and Manuka honey mix really work well to brighten up my skin. I noticed a difference in just a few weeks of daily use. You can get a good many face washes out of one bottle, as a little goes a long way. This is my third time purchasing this brand and I will continue to buy this as long as the formula doesn't change.

This face wash is one of the best I have ever used. It was very slippery, and I love how it feels after I wash my face. It leaves my face glowy and moisturized. I have been using it for at least a year or two and it has helped with some of my blemishes. It is thick and you don't need to much before it lathers up.

Lovely gel cleanser that smells like oranges and is such a refreshing "wake-up" call. You only need a little dab with water for your entire face and neck. It is not what I would call a "foaming" cleanser" but as you work it into your skin, it does start to foam a bit and it feels great. Needing such a small amount, this is quite a fantastic value, and I expect it will last awhile. I use it along with it's counterpart, the NOW Vita-C toner. Do yourself a favor and get both!

I used this for the first time today. It doesn't smell that great, and it's very thin (not a gel) so I was a little disappointed at first, but it foamed up nicely and worked well with my little face scrubber brush. It was OK... After my shower I used my normal face cream and went about my day. Just now I brushed my hair off of my face and Whoah! I stopped and felt my skin. It's REALLY soft. It looks good too! OK. I'll put up with the slightly weird smell, this stuff did a great job! I'll definitely made this a permanent addition to my routine!

This face wash is golden! I love that it has Vit C, Honey, niacinamide, vit e, etc… it’s clearing and brightening my face! This with the NOW rose hip oil, is perfect for my face complexion. Please don’t ever stop making this product! I would note the scent is nice but a bit strong, otherwise really great product!

This cleanser smells great, produces a moderate lather, and is really gentle. I love that the ingredients are natural. My skin felt pretty clean afterwards, no residue. However, it didn't improve my problem skin much at all. It was gentle enough to not cause any more breakouts than I'm used to, but it definitely didn't decrease the number. It also didn't brighten my complexion at all. While I've used much worse cleansers, there are definitely better ones out there ( such as those containing vitamin A and glycolic acid).
