I’ve been really impressed with both the monitor and, especially, the customer service. The monitor has great quality, easy set up and the motion detection is such a great bonus. Unfortunately we needed to use customer service but Chovy were fantastic from start to finish. They responded quickly, were friendly and helpful, and arranged for a replacement to be sent out without any hassle. They even went above and beyond. It really showed that they genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the product. Problems can happen with any product, but it’s how a company handles them that really matters, and I honestly couldn’t fault the customer service we received. They made what could have been a frustrating situation really easy and stress-free. Really happy with the monitor and would definitely recommend the company based on our experience!

Great monitor, this is our second one so we have two cameras in each room. Both cameras are shown on one monitor. This was lucky as our 1st monitor got smashed by one of our lads. So the 2nd worked for us fine. That was until it wouldnt charge / screen wouldn't function. Reached out to support and they where brilliant offered some troubleshooting tips, these didn't work so send them a short video and advised screen/base was faulty so posted out a new one week later it was with us, fantastic service from them. As you can use an app on your phone we just used that until the screen was delivered. Image quality is great in daylight and night vision, can have various setups so it alerts to crying etc. Highly recommend

This Boifun 2K WiFi Baby Monitor with two cameras has saved us so many times! Having one camera in the living room for daytime and one in the bedroom for nighttime gives me complete peace of mind while working, cooking, or making a cuppa, knowing my son is safe and sound. ​The 5" split-screen monitor is super clear—even in total darkness—and works seamlessly alongside the mobile app. Being able to operate everything right from my phone makes it so convenient. The two-way audio is crystal clear, and the smart features like remote 360° rotation, motion and cry detection, auto-tracking, and temperature sensors work flawlessly. With a built-in night light and remote lullabies, it’s an absolute dream set!

Overall a very good baby monitor. I love that it has both the option to connect via Bluetooth or via WiFi should we decide to go out for an evening but still want to check in. I also believe the picture quality is great and very clear. However, one thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t tilt downwards very much. So unless you set the camera as wall mounted, you’d have to find a way to place it in a tilted position to fully capture your baby on the camera. Additionally, after about nearly 10 months of use, it started malfunctioning with the camera making strange wiring sounds and continuously disconnecting from the parent unit. On the flip side though, customer service was very quick in responding and offering support. Brecy in particular was very helpful and swiftly arranged for a new replacement unit to arrive within 3 days since our monitor is still under warranty so this should hopefully last a long time. I’m grateful for how quickly Brecy resolved our problem and can say it’s one of the best customer support experiences I’ve had related to a product.

Easy to use and does everything I need. When I had an issue charging my screen Brecy in the customer service team at Boifun swiftly got a replacement screen delivered to me for free, and it works perfectly. Really helpful, brilliant service!

I've now bought two of these monitors and both have failed. The first unit stopped charging after a few months. When I contacted customer support, they replied once and then went completely silent — despite several follow-up emails, I got no response for months. Eventually I gave up waiting and bought a replacement. Since I already had the camera, I didn't want to buy just a replacement parent unit, so I ended up purchasing an entire second set. That second unit has now started having its own problems: it regularly loses sync between the camera and monitor, meaning we have to physically go back into the baby's room and re-pair the devices just to get it working again. This is genuinely not okay when you're trying to monitor a sleeping baby — the one thing this product is supposed to help with. Between the hardware faults on two separate units and a support team that simply stops responding when there's a problem, I can't recommend this product. Save yourself the money and the stress.

The camera was very easy and quick to set-up. Connectivity was quick. I particularly like the way the camera scans the room and then identifies my baby. The camera quality is ok, however, night mode isn't as crisp and clear as other monitors I have used. The Zoom capability is good, but does make the clarity more blurry (as to be expected) I cannot comment on durability as of yet, as I haven't had it long enough, but will be sure to come back and comment.

We love this baby camera. The quality of the sound and image is amazing, even during night time. We love that you can use the mobile app as well as the monitor. We realised only after a few weeks of use that you can switch the blue light of the camera off. The Boifun customer service is top notch. We had some connectivity issue with the monitor. Chovy helped assess the issue and promptly sent a replacement. They also reached out after to make sure the replacement arrived and that it worked as expected. Best customer support I received in a long time.

When I had my first I did a ton of research and got the boi fun camera. I loved that I could use the handheld monitor or my phone even when away from my house. So when I found out we will be having two under two I was just going to buy a second camera until I saw they have a set that you can watch two feeds at once I had to get it. I love the new green design which is taller and lighter than the older model. The camera is silent when turning but crystal clear when speaking through intercom. I love the large range of motion as well as the new upgraded motion detection system which is a huge bonus with my older now in a toddler bed and able to get up and about so its nice to know when hes awake. The app is great and pulls up the cameras super quick and as an added bonus I now have three cameras I can switch between. The monitor has an upgraded battery life and works really well. I love the option of muting the sound but still getting an alert if there's noise.

Great baby monitor with excellent picture quality. The 2K camera is very clear, and the 360° rotation with auto-tracking is perfect for an active baby. I love having both the LCD monitor and phone app option. Night vision, sound detection, and two-way audio work very well. Easy setup and reliable performance — definitely recommend!

Die Bildqualität ist wirklich hervorragend – gestochen scharf und auch bei schlechten Lichtverhältnissen sehr klar. Die Einrichtung war super einfach und innerhalb weniger Minuten erledigt. Besonders überzeugt hat mich die stabile Verbindung und die zuverlässige Übertragung ohne Verzögerungen. So habe ich mein Baby jederzeit sicher im Blick. Auch die Zusatzfunktionen wie die App-Steuerung und die praktische Überwachung per Smartphone machen das Gerät extrem komfortabel im Alltag. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und das Design ist modern und ansprechend. Insgesamt ein durchdachtes Produkt, das genau das tut, was es soll – und das auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Für mich definitiv jeden Euro wert – ich würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen!

This is my 4th time buying boifun cams. First i bought a pair, then for my brother than for my mother and another pair for myself. The products and the software is amazing. does everything a camera can do. Another great (maybe the greatest thing) is their customer service. They reply back in hours with a good solution. Fairy was the person I contacted and did amazing help. About the cam: picture quality, build quality, size, battery life, night vision, etc. all is 5 star.
