Great phone system
My husband and I needed a new phone set to replace an aging one we had. We chose this one for its simplicity and functionality as well as its looks. The sound quality is wonderful, we can her everything clearly and the range also seems great as have had no issue using the phone quite a distance from the main unit. We did purchase an extra handset and are very happy that we did. All in all this unit deserves a 5+

I bought this for someone in a nursing home to add to the other 2 handsets she uses. The model number in the write-up was accurate and it worked as soon as I plugged it in. I really thought I would need to program something in the handset or the base set but it just began working and is perfect for her.

OK but...
Bought other units to add to system Cannot get #7 to register with base, tried a number of time, no register. It Beeps but does not connect, nor register ?Trided another unit, tried newr batteries, Nothing. Upto #6 working fine, but cannot add #7, #8 units was going to use them all up to #10? No Go, Unreturnable.

Quality and features are great.
Phones are perfect. They came with what may have been original batteries.. they really didn't hold a charge, but that doesn't matter. It's the phone you love and the screen is great as well as features. You can block a call SO easily.

Easy to use for those of us who do not like complicated phones
I am really happy with my purchase. Other phones are too complicated and difficult to use. Being an older person, I like the simplicity of the Panasonic Phone. Happy with my purchase

Excellent telephone system.
The telephone set seems to be very good. The tone of the phones is excellent. Additionally, the Indy for the phones are easily understood and available.
