My Bike tube is 1 inch outside diameter will that work?

I'm pretty sure it will, if not it may be returned. I hope it works! It's the most comfortable ride ever !

I am assuming i need to get my own post. will this post do..https://www.amazon.com/upanbike-aluminum-25-4mm-mountain-seatpost/dp/b0789..

No post comes with the seat, I don't know measurement, the post that was on my bike worked perfect. There is adjustment space.

What are the dimensions of the seat (ie length front to back and width)?

Dimensions are listed in the product description. 9.8 in long, 7.5 in wide and 3.5 in thick

Will it fit nordic track ss2i?

It should. It comes with an adapter for stationary bikes.
