I adopted a dog who had previously been living on the streets, and he was wolfing down his food so fast he was getting pieces stuck in his throat and it was scaring me. I was shocked at how much this bowl actually slowed him down, he hasn't had any issues choking on food since I got it, and it actually takes him a few minutes to eat everything. The rubber feet come separate so you can put them on yourself - I haven't yet, as it's heavy enough that it stays in place on a silicone feeding mat. Great quality, perfect size for a little guy, washes up great, and I like that it's ceramic. I might get another one to alternate with.

I bought this as a replacement for the green one (I broke that one accidentally) and I'm really happy with it. I already had the same one (purple) in size L for my bigger dog and it really slowed her down. While the green one wasn't as effective for my smaller dog this purple size m did the trick, she ate much slower than before. To maximise effectiveness I recommend going one size up, I'm using M for half a cup of food and L for 1.2 cups. This way the kibble spreads out more and it's harder to get it out. They are totally dishwasher safe (even after 3 years neither bowl looked old or faded, not even a bit) and quite robust unless you let them fall from 4 feet to a stone ground like me. They are quite heavy, this way they don't slide around much. Absolutely happy, would buy again. It would be nice to have the same form in different colours though, I was quite happy with both my dogs using different looking bowls. Picture with size L left and size M right, half a cup measure and a bit of kibble for comparison on the second picture. Of course they fit way more kibble than that, I just never fill it up to the brick.

I love this bowl for my speed eater. It has slowed her down considerably and gives her sibling a chance to finish. It is nice and heavy and seems to be very well made. The color is a deep purple and very pretty. I would buy this again. She had a silicone one that was similar, but she tore it up. She won't be doing that to this one.

I absolutely love this bowl for my fur baby! It really helps slow down eating without causing frustration. The ceramic material feels sturdy and high quality, and it’s so much nicer looking than the typical plastic slow feeder bowls. It’s the perfect size for a small dog, easy to clean, and stays in place well during mealtime. My shorkie took to it right away. Definitely a great purchase for small fast eaters! 💕

Love it! My dog uses it very day. It does make her slow down and find each kibble piece. She’s also a Shih Tzu with a flat face and still eats out of just fine. It’s sturdy. Has lasted years. And is a great size for most dogs. I just have a 12 lb dog. I think it really has improved her digestion and she burps less after eating now. It is exactly what she needed and I ove that it is not plastic. It is much easier to clean and get salmon oil out of than her plastic silicone maze dish.

Very nice deep color and the bowl is smooth, shiny and consistent with no defects. Very pretty. It is heavy and comes with grip tabs for the bottom (including 2 extra). The depth of the slow feeding slats is very, very good. It was really hard to tell from photos, as most people were showing a direct downward photo of the top of the bowl. That was my main concern, that it actually function well for my fast eater. I got the 3 cup, large version. Yes, it's heavy. I'll admit carrying with one hand, even empty, is a little straining. I have arthritis so I use both hands evenly spaced and no problems. Yes, its ceramic, and like all ceramic it can be broken, people. Just like any bowl, plate, or dish in similar material. So don't drop it and then blame the company. It is super thick and well made but it is not indestructible. Sheesh. I love this material because it is so much more sanitary than cheap plastic. My old plastic bowl has many micro-scratches and can not be properly cleaned. This says it is dishwasher and oven safe. Nice.

This does slow the pups down by a minute of so, but they still manage the finish in lightning speed. The quality, weight, and color of the dish is great. Simple design, but keeps meal time interesting.

This is a great dog dish. First off it's ceramic and not plastic. Second,it's well made and heavy so it doesn't slide around. My dog feels he's too good for plastic and he appears to like this dish better too. 😊

J’en avais commandé déjà deux et comme j’en avais pas assez, j’en ai commandé une autre. Très belle petite céramique et fait son job pour mon chien qui était un vrai avaloir et qui aujourd’hui est obligé de prendre son temps. Je suis très satisfaite de ses achats et je les recommande, elles sont très bien emballés donc aucun risque de les recevoir cassés

Excellent quality, solid, heavy. The purple one has such a beautiful deep royal colour to it. Most importantly it makes my dog eat way slower, she even eats a little less now. I would recommend.

Ich brauchte einen Schlingnapf und wollte keinen aus Plastik. Diese Alternative ist wunderbar. Eher für kleine Hunde geeignet, da ab einer Füllung von 70g es doch etwas zu voll in der Schale ist. Aber auch nach dem Waschen keine Absplitterungen und der Effekt beim Hund top. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

The bowl is a well made ceramic bowl. It will work for a little older dog. It was to big for our puppy as it was a little frustrating to get the food. The ribs where a little to deep. We ended up order a small and it works a better as he can get the food. Will keep this one for when he gets older.

Een van onze katers schrokt heel erg. Met een andere voerbak dan deze braakt hij het dan dus ook weer uit. Ondanks dat ze in aparte ruimtes eten krijgen om voedselneid te vermijden . Het braak probleem is met deze bak opgelost. 1 kat vind het een te moelijke bak. Die krijgt een iets makkelijkere anti schrokbak.De andere kat is wat slimmer en is deze moeilijkheidsgraad erg goed voor hem.
