Espresso spoons = appetizer serving tools
I don't know if it's fair to take off one star because I don't think the bowls of these spoons are big enough. I intend to use them for serving tiny appetizers -- a bit of caviar, a few nuts from the mixed nut bowl, a scoop of cocktail sauce for the shrimp. And I wanted something SMALL, and these fit the bill. THey are still an elegant addition to the cocktail table, even if I'm using them for a purpose different than they are intended for.
