If you lose the charger you cannot get a replacement.
My grandson loves his hoverboard. However, we managed to lose the charger. I’ve requested a replacement but I’m being passed backwards and forwards between Sisigad and this seller. Sisigad say the seller should send me a replacement. This seller is ignoring me. So we have a hoverboard that cost a lot of money that we are unable to use. My grandson is heartbroken. Apparently this product is targeted to US buyers and a charger is available in the US. Yet it is sold in the UK and we can’t get a replacement charger. A bit ludicrous really!

Brillant fun, lights and bluetooth speaker.
Fast delivery from seller, comes in plain cardboard box which is good as a birthday gift for my 8 year old and didn't want to ruin the surprise. My 2 and 4 year old are riding it too, so think i will be getting a couple more for birthday/xmas, as they love it also. Battery lasts quite a while for the kids but when me and the other half ride it can drain the batterys quite quick especially when hard acceration and braking (gave it a good 'testing' when kids were in bed to make sure all was good before his birthday). Oh and the other plus which i wasnt bothered about before buying as kids dont had phone is it does actually have bluetooth, as on inspection it has like speaker holes on the bottom so thought i would check and sure enough it comes up on my phone as 'hoverboard' clicked connect opened my media player and its plays music, actually /makes it even more fun, like your own mobile disco so bonus!

Returned to sender due to fault
Looked good, my son was thrilled. Unfortunately there was a technical issue and I had to return the item after 1 week.Return process was easy and money refunded quickly.

Lop sided
Bought this for me son's 9th birthday. Packaged well and came already fully charged which was great as he could use immediately.The only issue is the balance is off. The left side is flat but the right side is tilted significantly forward making it difficult to balance control. My other son has one from another company and thinks this one has a manufacturing issue as it should be flat to stand on on both sides. Not sure how to rectify this as we don't have the packaging to return it and it would cost a fortune in postage. Overall it isn't in a safe state to use so a waste of money really.

It works really well inside and outside
We bought this for our girls for Christmas age 7 and 9 and they absolutely love it. It took them a few days to get used to but now they are fantastic and it’s lots of fun. The adults are also enjoying it. :) The Bluetooth works really well do. Highly recommend.
