This has to be the worst instructional video ever made!!! What fool put up the money for it's production! I wish I could get my money back!

Basketball at it's Finest!
As a person who has been playing basketball for over 20 years now I was optimistic to believe a video on shooting could help me. I watched the video then coordinating the methods into my shooting technique. Within a week I started to see more consistency in my shot. Then I figured since it helped me that I should pass it on. I let a few of my nephews watch the video and noticed how engaged they were while watching. The video keeps young kids attention the whole time which seems to be very hard in this day in age with all the technology that usually distracts them. Within a week their shooting techniques had all improved plus they were shooting a higher percentage. This goes to show versatile the video is from helping me, someone who's been playing for over 20 years to my nephew, most who just started playing. I strongly recommend this book to kids who are just starting to play basketball or to older people who want to improve their shooting consisentcy. GET HOT HAND SHOOTING NOW!!!

Very Informative and Interactive
Just finished watching Hot Hand Shooting and this is a very informative DVD! While watching, I came across Chapter 5 which discussed the incorrect ways to handle the ball and growing up until now, I've always held the ball with both hands on each side. This is what I thought was correct for many years, so I didn't think anything else of it until watching this part of Hot Hands which informed me that there is a better way of handling the ball.The FIRE method was pretty easy to understand, it was explained in detail throughout the DVD.I believe that Hot Hands would be helpful for younger and/or teens looking to perfect their skills in Basketball. Until I watched this DVD, I didn't realize how much work goes into the sport but not I have a better appreciation for it!Two Thumbs Up!!
