Review: Great buy for the money - see my note about LP fitting! - I purchased this to replace the old Princess electric cooktop on my boat. It’s the only unit I found that was cooktop only, and a direct replacement in terms of dimensions for the 3-burner Princess. As others have noted in their reviews, LP connection for this unit is NOT 5/8 UNF as the description states. It is in fact 3/8 NPT flare fitting (male) on the back. I was able to find the hose to go from 3/8 flare female to 1lb propane tank connector on amzn for 25 bucks or something like that. I did notice, as others have that the glass rests precariously close to the grates such that damage seemed likely in the event of high levels of motion, torsional stress, or vibration (which for us is often). I strategically placed some clear rubber dots on the glass side to remedy this. I’m now confident that it’s secure and won’t crack or shatter. Overall I’m very happy especially for the price.

Nice looking cook top slid in perfectly where the old one was , just to help anybody out remove the screws in each corner and lift the top off and you have access to the screw hole to mount it , hope it helps somebody out

I purchased this to replace the old Princess electric cooktop on my boat. It’s the only unit I found that was cooktop only, and a direct replacement in terms of dimensions for the 3-burner Princess. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rec pro 3 burner stove

I had to alter my counter top to accept this stove as the dimensions changed a little but after the install it looks great and work perfectly. You can actually adjust the flame to what you want unlike the magic chef that was previously there. The stainless looks much better and the glass top looks nice. I added bumper feet to keep the glass from slamming down. Now all is perfect. The led lights around the knobs are a plus for extra lighting..
