Tastes great and makes amazing crepes!

Gluten free just sounds so tasteless. We have been trying to go gluten free in order to improve our health. It hasn’t been easy to find delicious, easy to use products. This flour has allowed us to still enjoy breakfast favorites without feeling horrible afterwards.

NO LIE. These crepes are delicious! Easy to make. Super easy to eat! Very versatile depending if you like sweet or savory, the crepes go both ways. Fantastic texture and taste. Any basic person who didn't know these crepes are gluten free and high protein would never suspect for a minute. I am super pleased to have found these! Always trying to up my protein and not eat gluten.

Do not waste your money. This does not make crêpes. It’s more of a pancake mix. It must have some kind of rising in it. I tried to thin it down 2 different ways and it still doesn’t work. It’s terrible would never purchase it.

Texture is fine, but very little taste whatsoever

I just didn’t care for it. Some might, but not me.

These crepes tasted great and, by just following the directions given, I was able to get good looking crepes without difficulty. Might be a little pricey, but considering the protein content, quality ingedients, and successful execution, I think they're worth it. Would recommend.
