They do not look fake and give you just enough lift to look like you have a cute little booty... mind you, I lost about 60 pounds and weigh 109 pounds and have zero in the behind regions. Please make my jeans look cute and are great with any other pants. I have also worn these under spanks leggings and can attest that they look great. I don't know if I would try to pull these off with a pair of cheap thin leggings, but it's possible. I also bought several different pairs of the boy cut panties with a pad inserts that are removable, and they work as well. They feel a little more secure, but these are shaped like an actual behind with a crack included, and are the most realistic. If you don't mind spending 80 bucks item invest in multiple pairs of different kinds because some days you just need a different fit or feel depending on what you're wearing. Compare to the other ones I purchased in a different style. These are more true to size. I wear a small and I order a small and the boy cuts all brands.
