A oht sized. If you 145 5.5 large will be way to big. ?

I have no idea where on this planet these shirts I ordered can be considered an XL.....but, it is obviously not on there Terra firma I'm currently occupying. Way small....these are mediums at best

Its hard to say. Im 5'7 1/2 - 280lbs im thicker in the chest and belly. I got the 3x but its to big on me. If i was to buy this item agian I would go with 2x maybe 1x Agian hard to say Im like 100lbs bigger than you so maybe you should like at the med cause the shrit seems to run larger than my other 3x shirts
