I am in LOVE with this faucet! We recently renoed one of our bathrooms from head to toe and decided to go with a bathtub with a glass view and this tub-filler, and let me just say... its totally dreamlike area and its ony of my favorite places to relax.This tub-filler came VERY well packaged, it was very well thought out.The physical quality of this is stout, im very pleased with it, its solid, has some good weight to it. I had it professionally installed as we had other work that needed to be done, and even the plumber was impressed by the quality. The installation was QUICK, it also had every single piece needed, our plumber didnt need any extra tools or anything, he was in and out quickly.Once we had it installed and turned it on, it provides a beautiful waterfall sort of stream out of the end, it doesnt splash up or get water anywhere, it has a very elegant look.The handheld sprayer is something ive wanted with a tub filler for so darn long, but finding a quality one wasnt easy, but now that I have it, theres NO way I can go back.A quick twist of the knob and you have water coming out of the handheld sprayer, and again, it doesnt come rushing out with a bunch of air and start spraying everywhere, its a nice flow, its not too powerful but its perfect for a rinse.We've now had it installed for about 2 weeks and have had 0 issues, no leaks, no quality issues, its as it was when it was installed and works flawlessly.I do try to be as honest as possible in these reviews and find cons with every product as well, however for this i have yet to find one, if anything changes ill be back to update my review.You can really tell the difference between a company that is just there to make some money and leave, versus a company like Yagatap that puts thought and quality into everything from the packaging to the quality materials, I am seriously impressed! If i could give this 10 stars, I would.

Je me suis procuré ce YAGATAP Robinet de baignoire autoportant de luxe, noir mat, bec cascade pour faire la rénovation de ma salle de bain. Ce robinet est de très bonne qualité et je l'ai acheté pour remplacer celui de la salle de bain qui a arrêté de fonctionner.Le robinet a une très bonne pression est l'eau chaude coule très rapidement.Il est robuste, fait en acier inoxydable robuste avec une finition noir mat irréprochable. Il vient avec tout le nécessaire pour son installation.Il demande à ce qu'il y ait quelques ajustement de la salle de bain pour son installation, mais vient avec un guide d'installation bien détailler.Après installation, il est tellement beau et change carrément le décor de la salle de bain.Son prix reflète la qualité du produit.Robinet de luxe et je le recommande.

An excellent faucet. It looks very attractive and t looks and feels super solid. The matte black paint looks very good and is fingerprint resistant. The spray is very nice looking and is easy to grip with wet hands. Very happy with the quality for the price point.

Honestly - don’t buy. Not only is the quality terrible but the company is a scam.I’ve had this faucet for only 10 months, and I didn’t like it from the beginning but the paint flaking off was the final straw.Starting at the beginning, we ordered this faucet but it was missing pieces, so we returned it and they sent another one. That should have been a sign right there. Installation wasn’t simple. The threading on one of the pipes was not symmetrical. Fixed it as best we could. Functionality - not great. I don’t know why there’s a flow control setting because you could only very slow flow it or water would splash everywhere.The kicker…. the website says “lifetime warranty” but Amazon customer support can’t even find ANY contact info to get a hold of them. I even had to email the warranty center for Amazon, and they still couldn’t find anything. So Amazon is offering for me to return it for less than half of what I bought. Instead of the seller, actually giving a lifetime warranty like it promises.
