Simple "Plug-and Play"
Used to power a Jon Lite 1M Candlepower spot light for use when a bright beam is needed to locate or repair something when no other light source is available. Just plugs in, and is ready to go. Holds a charge well to keep it ready to use. Similar to a regular 6V lantern, but much much brighter.

Decent price to get the solar fencer working again. The original battery lasted 3 years. We'll see how long this one lasts. Recommend this.

Worked, but not as good as the original
I bought this to replace the battery in my cordless vacuum from Oreck. It was tough trying to find the correct battery in the first place. Soldering was required, and outside of trying to find my soldering iron, wasn't an issue. However, I would say this replacement never worked as good as the original, and in fact has diminished in performance surprisingly quick. (To the point, I'm not even using it any longer.) Could I have conditioned the battery better? I suppose that's possible, but in general I wouldn't recommend this as a replacement due to the difference in performance from the first charge. Whatever you do, don't forget to recycle your old battery! In my case, I get to recycle both old/new batteries AND the vacuum!

Works great.
I bought this as a replacement for the battery in my high-powered portable spotlight. That battery, by part number, was no longer available. This one had the same dimensions and amperage rating. The vendor delivered it on time, packaged VERY well, and it fit perfectly. Even the terminals were the same. Now I can get more years out of my light.
