Depends on the tire size . 1 - 205-75-15 will weigh in the mid 40 's. This will be a mounted weight .

will they work on a 6x12 ft uhaul trailer?

If the tire size on the trailer is the same, then they should fit. Just check the bolt hole patern to make sure they match up. These are 5 bolt hole pattern4.5in spacing.

Is 28” the actual height of the tire? I want to make sure they will fit in my fender wells
