Great workout for your biceps and triceps, and your shoulders and chest. Have knocked off one star as it's not the most well-finished tool, looking very industrial, being covered in nuts and bolts and, in the case of mine, lots of scratches. Soft handle grips would be nice. Still, easy to adjust to one's desired resistance and comfortable to use.

Has infinite adjustment between extremes so can cater for all strength abilities. Appears to be sturdy and well constructed

Box damaged on arrival. One of the pins in the handle was already broken when I took it out of the packaging. The box had clearly been opened & re-sealed inside the Prime packaging. Would have been a great piece of kit but not paying that sort of money if the handle pins aren’t up to the job. Returned for refund.

I've now had this for 6 months and use it every other day to do multiple reps to exhaustion and muscle mass on upper pecks and front of shoulders has increased a lot. This is my new favourite exercise device.

This thing is working great so far, it's going to take me awhile before I can work out at the max resistance.

Outstanding chest and shoulders workout! At 60 kg. (132 pounds) of maximum resistance, a set of 20 or more repetitions will test you! Would love to see a 80 kg. (176 pound) and a 90 kg. (198 pound) resistance model! Money well spent!

I don't have big muscles, but for me, this equipment is perfect for building up my arms, shoulders, and chest. I use this every day and love the fact that the resistance is adjustable so that I can see my progress. I can't speak about the durability of this equipment, as I've only owned it for the last three months. But it looks reasonably well made and sturdy. Five stars for now.

Not good. Some function but not worth it. Don't waste your time and money buying it.
