exactly what i needed to mount my garmin onto my motorcycle RAM mount

Great for attaching garmen ball type device to RAM Mount device
I like and use RAM Mount equipment. This component allowed me to replace the mount that came with a wireless automotive phone charge bracket with RAM gear that i prefer. The end result is I ended up with a very effective RAM mount solution whilst being able to retain the wireless charging phone bracket that worked quite well but had a small ball type socket to attach to the mount.

Not too small for me, it was just a bit too big
This adapter is perfect, but just a little too big for my socket on my police per-installed mount. I seen a review on here of a guy setting up a hand drill to spin the ball and a piece of sandpaper in the other hand to take a little off the ball. Dang I wish I would of thought of that, I just leaned to ball against my grinder and shaved off a layer little by little. Without this adapter I would of never been able to use all the ram products. Everything is working great now. I think I was suppose to go from big to small and not from small to big 1" ball but - heck if it works, it works. Next is to put a triple split-er and mount both a cup holder and a phone holder on this little ball adapter. If it does not work, I will just use one at a time. Thanks
