Of these ants are the most persistent. I mixed 1 oz to a gallon of water in a pressure sprayer and sprayed around the outside perimeter of the house. The next day there was a graveyard of palmetto bugs and I didn't see one ant, the spiders disappeared as well. After one week, only the ants are back but I think that is because of the cat food outside. I then sprayed the inside perimeter and the emptied cabinets and closets. Same thing, no bugs. The only thing I haven't been able to eradicate is the tiny little ants but I'm going to spray where I think I they are nesting next. Inside I used 2oz per gallon of water. We have two cats and so far they seem fine. I'm not sure how often I'll need to spray to keep the critters under control but this 32 oz bottle goes a long way so I'm good for awhile.
