Not a thermos/thermal mug as described.
Whilst its a lovely mug, it is not a "thermos" mug as advertised. Its just a china mug. It is over priced for what it is. I bought it for my elderly Mum who is so slow that her drinks go cold. She loves the design but it doesn't solve her problem. I would not have bought it but for the fact that it was described as a thermal mug.
