How many balls on chain 365 and smaller 52?

Not too sure however, the larger chain is almost, if not, the size I used in Navy. I carry a medical device (light wt) and works fine. Hope this might be of benefit.

How do I disconnect the chain? I have arthritis in my fingers and it’s almost impossible to open it
