IANPAV UPVC SELF-Adhesive Wood Effect Door Edging Floor Trim Threshold PVC SELF-Adhesive 1000mm x 40mm E64, Light Oak

After a tradesman split the kick board in our kitchen, I faced a big bill to replace the board. Miffed at the cost of a new board (plus extortionate delivery cost), I saw this strip on Amazon. The price was low enough to experiment with a cheaper plan. It worked. Good choice of colours too. I did two clean cuts of the kick board, used this strip to cover over where the ends meet (allowing a little gap between the three lengths off board to buy back some length overall) and hey presto, job done. The repair looks better than before the damage was inflicted! And it save me over £40 too. Happy days!

It's been a year since I've put this down between the hallway and Kitchen floor. I didn't expect it to last as its a busy walk way with 5 young children constantly walking over it but it hasn't budged, was extremely easy to cut to size and just peeled the back and stuck it down, I didn't need to use any extra glue. So would definitely recommend and would buy it again myself if needed.

This is a wonderful, easy to use, stylish product. Not only were my two floors differing heights, they differed from end to end...8mm down to 2mm. However, this thresh was flexible enough to get a firm hold either end and through the entire length. I didn't bother with the chew on of using screws...the adhesive is VERY strong and it couldn't have gone down any better. I used a junior hacksaw to cut to size and all told it was cut and laid in 5 minutes.

Very easy to trim, easier to fit. For a quick tidy finish this works very well.

The edging was very flimsy and much thinner than expected (an early positive reviewer mentions being able to cut it with a kitchen knife rather than a saw) so had concerns about its durability when I actually viewed it on arrival. It also had greyish tones which meant it looked dirty when held next to the light oak laminate flooring it was purchased for despite being listed as light oak. I contacted the seller to return it and whilst they were very helpful I would have to pay for the cost of its return, despite the return being due to the quality of the item. As such, the item (which needs secure packaging and is quite long) would cost nearly as much to return to the seller as it cost me to purchase it in the first place so have cancelled the return. Very disappointed.

Delivery arrived quicker than expected. I am So pleased with this product. I replaced old ‘scratched’ gold trims which were looking shabby. These ‘new’ trims were easy to install and look good. I purchased two in Beech as I have two adjacent doors and I wanted them to match. Used a conventional saw (with care) to cut to size as my hacksaw blade proved to be too blunt. Would highly recommend

Needed this to finish off the flooring in a downstairs loo. This was easy to install although I did use extra adhesive, was easy to cut and looks fine. The price was good and it was good for what I needed it for. The colour was a nice rich far brown
