Previous bouts, I hadn't used tape but though I'd give this a go. Got the beige so that it's not immediately obvious when wearing shoes, and I need to cut the strip to fit my foot but the relief I get from the strapping is great. The pre-cut sections are great as I can get enough to strap my foot from one piece - 2 anchor points and a strip for support.
