Awesome Aerator Shoes!!
These aerator shoes are great!!! I waited for a good rain to soak the ground in my yard before trying them to make sure the soil wasn’t as hard. I set a folding chair up at the edge of the lawn to put them on. They were very easy to put on and I was able to strap my feet in snugly without adjusting where the straps are on the footboard for my foot size. I’m a women’s size 9 and these fit no problem. The spikes are extremely sturdy! I love that these come with a couple of replacement spikes and a tool to do it with. The steps you take will definitely be more up and down and may take getting used to. For the harder spots in the yard I took slower steps and came down with my foot a bit harder. I was able to aerate my small front lawn in about 30 minutes. I wasn’t as methodical as some might be but I made sure to try to space my path across and back somewhat neatly so the holes would be evenly spaced. It was satisfying to put out the rye grass seed when I was done and know it will take better. These aerator shoes were a great purchase and also provided a nice leg workout I might add! 10/10 would recommend!

Nice For Small Grassed Areas
These aerator shoes come fully assembled, which is nice because I have seen other products out there that require assembly. They even come with some extra hardware when/if needed down the road. For me, these were a bit difficult to adjust for my shoe size and then to put on over my shoes, but I eventually got there with a little time and patience and once they are adjusted then you don't need to do that part again. (I found that it was helpful to sit in a chair to help with that.) They did strap up firmly and stayed secure on my feet as I worked. They do take a a bit of getting use to since to use them you don't walk like you would normally. You need to press and lift while keeping your feet mostly level when moving around. IMO the spikes could be a bit longer for a bit deeper penetration, but 2" penetration is respectable enough. I have a very small area of lawn that was planted over poor soil that dries out quick and gets hard during the drier months. These are working for me just fine for my small area, but I couldn't see using these for larger grassed areas where one might want to consider another method of aeration. Overall, I will be using these.

Works great! Not easy!
Worked well for aeration of my yard. Nice long tine ensuring fertilizer would be used to create density of my grass. Very hard to keep on my shoes and kept slipping off. I would suggest using boots or getting someone to help with bigger feet than size 6!

You may look a little silly ...
But these spikes are pretty easy to use and the little bit of dirt that clings to them is easily removed by the little shove that comes with it. Easy way to aerate your lawn. A little time consuming but a nice walk.

Easy to use no noticeable changes
Was super easy to use, durable, and good fit, but I didn’t notice any changes in my garden after use, watering, etc. Not the product’s fault. You just shouldn’t feel using these are the only answer.

Dangerous
This is a good concept on paper but in the real world I about broke my ankle falling off of them. The problem is the steel spikes are too long to balance on and the straps do not get very tight. DO NOT BUY !
