I got it yesterday. I made a quesadilla with eggs, jalapenos, and Carolina reaper cheese. It worked beautifully. Kept it on medium heat. Cooked one side topped it with the tortilla. Flipped it topped it with more cheese and a tortilla. Flipped it again, and the first side was done beautifully. Waiting a minute or so on the other side and removed it from the pan. There was no sticking to the pan. You just have to be quick when you flip! I can't wait to use it on my tortilla española and frittatas. They will be the big flip test. So, I made my tortilla Espanola. The pan was the perfect size. It was very thick and eggy, and it flipped beautifully possibly only a few dribbles, which beat the old way of a giant plate! The only problem that I have with the pan is that on the gas burner the pan does not distribute the heat properly, so there were parts that were shall we say a little crispier than I would prefer. That was cooking on medium heat. I will be making more, so I will probably go to maybe a medium low and cook it a little longer. I still love the pan!

My dad was using one of those cheap $20 double frying pan so I thought I'd buy him a nicer double pan. I bought the MAGEFESA Blue Frittata Pan AND IT SUCKS! The handle was loose and the screw was already stripped so it wouldn't tighten. I sent it back and I still haven't been refunded the price for this HORRIBLE PRODUCT.

Flimsy, it came broken and the quality is terrible. I returned it.

Had to find a replacement STEEL pan for omelets, etc. to replace a long time aluminum pan that is not compatible with new induction stove top. Also had to be non-folding (sadly) as induction stoves often don't like cookware that doesn't cover the whole induction element. (these stoves are smarter than they appear) Used it once so far and it does the job, it will take some practice to master the technique properly. Unfortunately, it was lacking packing material in the carton and it suffered a small "dent" in one half, but that does not affect its use. Best of all, a quality Made in Spain product, not something dodgy from Asia.

The connection pieces between the two pans are quite minimal and the fit doesn't hold them together very well. I found it difficult to really flip the two pans together. Color is beautiful, the pans themselves cook nicely but in order to use them together takes two hands and potholders.
