Happy with the purchase.
So I got this monitor as a primary monitor, although i have a lg ultragear 27gr75q, which is a 1440p 165hz ips monitor. Which is tilted beside this monitor on the photo. First impressions, the box came seal packed, just a minor tear on the downside of the box. No damages on the product and everything was on its place. The monitor is just an wide version of a normal 27inch monitor. Pros: 1. The monitor has a bright display of 300nits as mentioned on the product but in real it feels even more (~350nits). I have to dim the brightness of this monitor in my room. 2. It has a good build quality and has very little wobble which is good at its price point. 3. The screen is manufactured by lg themselves and not from BOE which some lg monitors have. 4. HDR effect is good. 5. Little to no heating issue. 6. This thing has speakers on it too! Which ofcourse aren't something you're gonna rely on, but it's nice to have. 7. The monitor has very very little backlight bleeding. If you want something close to an oled panel on budget, this is the one! 8. It has pretty decent viewing angles (over 120°) as compared to other curved va panels. 8. The menu is very user friendly. Cons: 1. The major con is the response time. It has a response time of 5ms as va panels are slow as compared to ips and tn. You won't be able to use this for competitive gaming like valo and csgo. Also it doesn't has any frc setting. It is only good for the aaa titles and story games. The HDR effect does seem to lessen the response time a bit (which i recommend you use) but it still feels above 3ms. 2. The next con is the color depth which is of 8-bit. Maybe if you haven't used a 10 or 12bit display before, you won't be able to tell the difference. But coming from a premium ips display, i could straight forward notice the difference in the color depth. Atleast a 10-bit display would have been appreciated at this price. 3. This monitor doesn't have swivel movement on the stand which might be bothering for some. 4. The default color adjustments are just very bad. You should change them to other presets on the menu or calibrate them manually. The HDR is good though. 5. Curvature is quite less. Maybe a 1500R curvature would have been a bit more immersive! Overall, the product is decent for basic tasks, single player games like rdr2, Tsushima, god of war, etc. feel really mesmerizing on this wide display. However make sure you have a decent gpu as this will require more graphics power than a conventional 27inch display. Also watching movies is great on this as movies are generally shot at 21:9 aspect and it completely covers up the screen. I wouldn't recommend this for fps games. Also don't buy this for consoles as consoles don't support ultrawide resolution. Coming to me, i prefer lg as I've been using their products from a long time and have no complaints. Plus their customer support is also top tier. So I chose this over other option like msi, Zebronics, acer. And i am quite happy and satisfied with the product. That's all i had to say of this. Thank you for reading!

Great Buy if you are looking for a dual monitor setup without actually buying 2!
Well best curved display at this range with IPS panels. Feels like a dual monitor setup! Picture quality will upset you if you are 4k fan as this comes with 2K. Also the sound system is convenient as you dont need to buy an extra speakers (if you dont care much about the audio quality and i use headphones mostly).

As you can see this is way different angle in aspect of VA panel but still it is just too good ✌🏻
At first I was really skeptical to go for this monitor because of it's panel. Still took a risk and yes the risk has worth it. Yes it has that ghosting, black smearing issue thing. But honestly I only feel it when I'm surfing internet like going through articles while (scrolling up, down). But in games or watching films you won't see anything untill and unless if you really that much picky. Infact I play storytelling games and also played multiplayer games like Apex Legends but those issue not really that much noticeable. So yeah for me it was a good purchase. Sound is good for listening to dialogues but don't expect to experience good music listening experience. Giving 4 rating because those issues are present.

My Honest 6-Month Review!
I bought this one basically on a whim, with like 30-mins of research, tops! And oh boy am I happy (for now!)! 😁 I’m a tech executive/entrepreneur who also does some design & video/graphics editing when I want to, and though I’m not a hardcore gamer anymore, I did want to ensure while buying this, that if & when I do game, my experience shouldn’t be hampered much. So, I landed on the 34” QHD 1800R Curved LG Ultragear monitor, and I’ve been super happy so far! Although, and this is just me or coz I’m working on it hours a day, I feel it’s somewhat smaller now! Lol Anyways, apart from my size inhibitions, the two main downsides for me are: A. It doesn’t have HDMI 2.1 ports B. It doesn’t have a USB-C port (forget Thunderbolt!) - But I use a robust DP 1.4 cable (to USB-C Thunderbolt) with my MacBooks, that gives me the full 160HZ Refresh Rate at 2k, which I’m happy with, for now! 😁 I intend to use this monitor till I feel it’s become obsolete or till I’m bored (whichever comes first! lol), and then maybe upgrade to a bigger, more kicka$$ one! This’s got sRGB of 99%, HDR 10, 160Hz Refresh Rate, AMD FreeSync™ Premium, 1Ms Response, Dual Controller & OnScreen Control, a loud 7W x 2ch Speakers with MaxxAudio®, Tilt/Height Adjustable Stand and a 3-Side Virtually Borderless Design!

Display issue
Bought with LG reliability but display is not working exactly in 1 year and few days. Struggling, seems a display issue or mother board issue.
