It just works perfect.

Five months after I bought this lead it became unusable, making aggressive crackling noises and only connecting intermittently. When I posted a review online, the seller contacted me to apologise. They offered a refund or a replacement. The replacement arrived very promptly and I am now using it. Customer service was excellent - courteous and efficient. Although I was disappointed with the initial problem, I cannot fault them for the way they dealt with this and am now a very satisfied customer! ☺

I got this as a replacement for my PC charger. It comes with an adapter with a larger connection for older computers. But I did not need this, though it was nice for it to be included. I've been using it for a few months with no issues.
