I like them. i'm a 10 with thin feet. ordered a 9.5. toe is at the front and they still slide off my heel! why??

Are the insoles removable?

Yes, you can remove the insoles which seem to add comfort in themselves. You could replace them with a preferred insole. Without an insole, the shoe has no padding.
