I bought these for my elderly mother who has lost a couple of rather expensive devices, ugh. I think these would be great for a man, but we're too big for her ears as a smaller woman.

I wanted to love these "hearing aids," but didn't. They were compact and discreet, comfortable in the ear and the foam eartip that comes on the device is genius. Easy to operate. You need your own charger--they come with the charging cord, but not the charger that plugs into the outlet. These "hearing aids" function as amplifiers with 3 volume options. When using both aids at the same time, even at the lowest volume, sound level was uncomfortably intense. Everyday noises such as putting a spoon on the counter, unwrapping cellophane, rattling of keys, a ringing telephone, etc. was almost explosive. I could even hear the 'click, click, click' of the inner workings of a doorknob when I turned it. EVERY noise is greatly amplified. I tried using an aid in only one ear at a time and it wasn't much better. Sound quality was less than ideal as voices sounded "tinny" and hollow. NOTE: I received a letter from the seller shortly after my purchase arrived offering me compensation for a 5 star review with photos/video. Very easy to use. Takes getting used to. Nothing really special but serves the purpose.

We ordered this for our 96 year old mother. Her hearing has reduced significantly the last few years and she has macular degeneration so her vision is almost gone. We decided to try these as we felt if she could hear her quality of life would greatly improve. After wearing these she became very communicative where before she slept most of the day. It took only a couple of days for her to get used to them. Now she looks forward to us putting in her hearing aids. They have helped a lot, not only for her but also for the rest of the family who interact with her.

I have been wearing these hearing aids about 3 weeks. They do an excellent job of keeping the background noises in the background. You must insert them correctly and use the proper tip to prevent the whistling; exactly as instructed. I know someone who purchased these recently and thinks they are as good or better than their expensive prescription aids. These also stay in your ear well. The only thing I would change is to add a 4th sound level that is slightly lower than the 1st level because they are very loud. I am a happy customer and would buy these again.

Returned after using 3 days. The hearing aids(HA) work but didn’t reduce noise. Even on low, the HA very much amplified things-like my garage door opening, the chime on our alarm system keypad and gave a load crackling sound when opening a plastic bag of dog treats- to the point of being annoying. Had to removed them at church. Even on low the church organ was glaring. Needs more than 3 volume levels. Didn’t fit in my ear as shown in ad pics. Were more sideways which made it hard to get to the volume button without making them squeal. No Bluetooth or it just didn’t work with mine or my wife’s phone. I thought they had that capability. May be a different model. Bottomline, they work but, in my opinion, not as well as the info provided by Aimsumy on the Amazon site indicates. And I want/need Bluetooth capability.

My Mum suffers from hearing loss and I ordered these with the hope they could improve that. Unfortunately, she found they felt uncomfortable, and though inside the ear design, she felt like they were going to fall out. Mum found trying to adjust the volume incredibly inconvenient. There is a small button to press, and you are not supposed to cover the speaker, however, the button is so difficult to press that her finger covers the speaker. The squeal was a big problem for her. So, my search of a hearing aid that will work better for her will go on.

I bought it as a gift for my mom who is having hearing problems recently. It’s pretty easy to charge up and put on. However ,my mom complains a high pitch noise very annoying. I check out the manual and find it’s due to hearing aids in wrong position. So I ask my mom to adjust the position until she hears no more noise. Magically noises disappear completely. My mom really loves it now.
