Taking for 5 years, great product
I enjoy the taste of these B12 chewable, kind of a slightly fruity flavor. They are very small and easy to eat since they dissolve quickly. Just ordered the 120 count bottle and the bottle is comically large / oversized based on how small the product is. Good product nonetheless and I have been taking these for about 5 years.

Reversed B-12 Deficiency and Easy to Take
Our doctor recommended these for my husband who showed a B-12 deficiency. They absorb as quick as they melt and this was helpful to cells taking up the B-12 to restore him to proper levels. It worked after a 30 day trial and he continues occasionally with these and switch up to B complex timed release every now and then. They have a decent flavor too, and are small. We will continue to purchase - as KAL is one of the best.

Tablets size are too big. Sublingual supposed to small size.

Great B-12 option!
I love these particular dissolvable K-12 tablets by KAL. I am especially fond of the tiny size and the raspberry flavor as they are so easy to take! I plan on continuing to use this option for taking my B-12 as it is easy and being able to find it for an excellent price was an extra plus.

Sublingual B12 is the best form as it is absorbed directly under the toque not though the stomach . This KAL brand is good and reputable, it works. Have been buying it for years . also it is a methylcobalamin form (ready to work), not cyanocobalamin. the key is bioavailability. Would highly recommend
