Great Ken doll. I purchased this doll for my granddaughter and there are very few Ken designs that vary so this was a fresh look.

Dressed to look exactly like the character from the movie, this is a classic doll that I had to have for my collection. However, this is not the version that looks like the actor. This is the first release. Still, Mattel usually does a pretty good job of paying attention to detail. From the hair to the stripes on his beach wear. He is also very articulated and can be posed in many ways.

What can I say! I got my first Barbie when they came out. I played with her til her head popped off! 😳🤣Wish my Mom had bought me 2!!! Those first ponytail Barbies are big time collectibles today! I only have my beautiful Bubblecut Barbie! She looks like new but she’s not in her original box. I mean you buy them to play with, right! I love my Barbie, original fuzzy haired Ken, original Midge, Skipper( still in box ) and Francie( gotta love those eyelashes ) Such wonderful nostalgia! I can’t wait to see the Barbie Movie! I’m just waiting for a girlfriend to come back from vacation! Anyway, I bought the Ryan Gosling Ken and the Margot Robbie Barbie in pink and white gingham. I love them! I don’t buy to sell them. I buy them cuz I want to look at them and remember my childhood. I was so lucky to grow up in that era with wonderful, loving parents from Copenhagen, Denmark 🇩🇰. They had class and valued family! I’m so very thankful!

Of course every girl has to have one of these. I purchased this Ken Doll after going to see the BARBIE movie. Definitely a collectible.

As Ken practiced popping up on the sand and paddling techniques, Skip encouraged him every step of the way. They spent countless hours in the water, Skip providing guidance and Ken learning to read the waves. Each wipeout was met with laughter and encouragement, making Ken more determined than ever to succeed. With time, Ken began to catch his first waves. He felt the exhilaration of riding the ocean's energy and the freedom of being in sync with the sea. Barbie watched from the beach, impressed not only by Ken's newfound surfing skills but also by his dedication and perseverance. One sunny afternoon, after months of practice, Ken paddled out to catch a particularly beautiful wave. As he glided along the face of the wave, his heart soared. Barbie cheered from the shore, her admiration for Ken growing stronger with each ride. After that day, Ken and Barbie spent many more happy moments together by the ocean. Ken had not only learned to surf but had also won Barbie's heart with his determination and newfound passion. I'm thrilled to say that this Ken doll from the Barbie movie exceeded my daughter's birthday wishes! She absolutely adores him and has been playing with him nonstop. As a parent, it's wonderful to see my child so happy. While I personally would have preferred a Ryan Gosling-esque Ken (who wouldn't?!), my daughter couldn't care less - she's just thrilled to have her beloved Ken. All in all, a great purchase that brought joy to my little one's heart.

I bought this Ken doll to use as a donor body. His wrists, elbows, hips and knees bend. He comes with a light blue surfboard, beach outfit (short sleeve cuffed blouse top and shorts that fasten in the back), and white tennis shoes. Outfit is pink and mint green stripes with yellow polka dots. The top has faux buttons and could double as PJs (pyjamas). They look very retro. His light blonde hair is slicked back with lots of product. Face sculpt is the standard “Ryan” type mold except here he is smiling. Looks very happy 😄 Definitely worth the $25 price point in my opinion. I got one day shipping and didn't have to pay inflated prices elsewhere. The box was in excellent, almost pristine condition if you’re a collector. Happy shopping 💕

Cool Ken in the likeness of Ryan Gosling. Bends at the elbows wrists and knees. The surfboard is nice and minimal and NOT pink 😄

While he doesn't look exactly like Ryan, designers did manage to capture some of the Kenergy! There is some Ryan in there! He's really handsome and I love his bright smile. Hes got decent articulation and I like his outfit it seems well made. Great price!
