Purchase Date - 21/01/2017 Price - Rs 569 This is the first Solimo product that I have purchased. Prior to this, I have used non stick cookware from brands like Nirlep, Prestige, Pigeon etc. However, this product is not like anything that I have ever used before. I bought this single frying pan and it was delivered in a nicely printed cardbox box. This is the best packaging I have ever seen for any non stick cookware. On opening the box, the pan beamed quality all around. I picked it up and instantly felt the difference. This thing was heavy and robust. The pan is adequately thick and the coating is wall laid out and uniform. The rivets around the handle was also strong and I could not feel any wobble or rattling even when I vigorously shook the pan by its handle. It has only been a few days since i have been using this, so I can't comment on the durability of the coating, but I am very impressed with the quality of this Solimo non stick pan and if I am to purchase any more non stick cookware in future, I would definitely buy them from Solimo. This product is of superior quality guys. I just wish that the pan came with a wooden spatula but even without it, it's definitely not a deal breaker for me. Well done, Amazon.

Good product... doesn't burn food nor the food sticks

For the price of around 500, this pan delivers everything a non stick pan should and does it well. Food doesn't stick at all, extremely easy to clean and work with. Handle is great and never gets hot. Comes in a standard carbide cardboad box which is extremely eco friendly so that is a nice thing to see. Few things to keep in mind for maintaining non stick cookware. 1. Cook at low heat : The non stick layer of Teflon can break down and release poisionous fumes when heated above around 250 Celcius. Hence avoid heating the pan for longer without anything on it. Deep frying, high heat meat dishes and fried rice are not an option at all if you care about your health. I'd recommend maintaining temperature around 150-200 degree C. For anything high heat, please use a Cast Iron/Stainless Steel pans instead. Health is more important than a few minutes of convenience. Also, Cast Iron pans can be made non-stick if you season it properly. Watch videos on youtube and you'll know what I'm talking about. 2. Never use metal/hard spoons and utensils to scrape/clean. Use wooden/silicone/non-sharp plastic things only. Don't use harsh cleaning materials on it. A little soap and a soft cloth is how to clean it. Never harm the non-stick layer if you care about your health. 3. Throw the pan away if the non-stick layer is compromised : If you scrape even a bit off of non-stick material then chances are that the material will start mixing in your food, which is terrible for your health. Hence, it's time to discard that pan and buy a new one. If you follow the above instructions, then the pan ideally shouldn't come to this stage at all. Great pan for the price. Just note to use it responsibly just like you should with any non-stick cookware. Keep Cooking, :)

I ordered for 30 cm diameter frying pan but two times I got 24 cm diameter pan despite my selection of 30 cm diameter pan. Rest quality of pan, lid and everything is good. I am highly dissatisfied with the size.

The quality of the pan seems very good but not the lid. Maybe I just got a defective one. First time I used it, the lid made a very loud bang and exploded. It was only on low heat. Made me jump in fright. I will keep pan and buy a metal lid. It’s a great nonstick pan. Just lid shattered itself.

Good quality at reasonable price

The quality of the pan is nice. The lid is also heavy only thing is that it' not perfect fit in with the pan, however mine is manageable hence am keeping it. The handle is sturdy. I can't review about the coating, let's use it for a month and two and then see what's the overall build up quality. Nice product at budget friendly price.
