Medical Alert Necklace for Men Women with QR Code Medical ID Necklace

I been in the market for a medical bracelet that isn't so....not my style. This necklace works. The scanning surface is perfect. The QR code is really easy to scan. I read the reviews on the bracelets and some people had a hard time scanning them because they are small. That's why I got the necklace. It's a larger QR. The chain is tiny and looks VERY easily breakable, but that's easy to replace. There is NO activation fee or anything to get all your info in and WHOA, does it store a lot of info! I'm getting them for my brothers who are veterans and have medical problems from serving.

Good product. Easy setup and convenient options for uploading information. I was able to enter all pertinent information with no problems. The only issue I had was with the short chain. I prefer a longer lanyard so I swapped it out. I am very pleased with my purchase. Great price, I had expected to pay more. I will be showing it off and recommending it to my friends and family.

Easy to set up with useful prompts/boxes to type in information for first responders, comfortable to wear and endures every day wear and tear. Simple to clean

As a bicyclist, I absolutely love the Luckytag Medical Alert tag I received 2 weeks ago! I replaced an old-fashioned dog tag-style medical alert tag which had limited text engraved onto it. Of course, the information was out of date. Entering all of your medical information - in case the worst were to happen while running or biking - is so easy and space is not limited. After an accident, a rescuer simply scans the unique QR code and all your information pops up on their phone. The information entry is quided and is therefore really easy and includes Dr phone numbers, spouse etc, medications and on and on. I highly recommend this excellent product!! Matt from Ohiop

The setup was easy and the options for info stored is massive. The edges are very sharp. They need rounded off.

The red paint has already peeled about halfway off and I’ve only been wearing for 10 days. I specifically ordered the one with red paint because it just makes it that much more visible and easier to spot in an emergency. I ended up just putting this away in a drawer as a backup and I went and bought from my original brand that I love called MyID they are great quality and have a 1 year warranty. Also the layout of the information when scanned is easier to navigate and I love the convenience of the app

Absolute life safer. I got this after a stroke. Allows you to input medical history and medication, contacts and so much more. You can update as nessesary. In an emergency you or your family may not be able to recall all the information needed by EMT and Doctors. Scan the QR code and it’s all there. Showed this to my Doctor, he was impressed. He recommends now to his patients. Also available in bracket. I have both. Get this for yourself. Get this for you elderly parents. It could safe a life.

Kinda disappointed was a lot smaller than picture showed thought it was the same size as a regular dog tag

Great solution for carrying maintainable medical info & contact details! Couldn't be happier!

Works excellent.. very pleased with this item

Au début tout fonctionne bien, impossible de retourner sur le site pour modifier.

I wear the Tag everyday and I have found it to be no problem. The Setting up of my medical details on to the tag was supper easy. In addition the price was really good and well worth it.

Ha superado mis expectativas con creces. El código QR te lleva a una aplicación gratuita en la que vienen absolutamente todos los datos de la persona, todos los que tú quieras poner. Además es una medalla no tan grande que queda muy bien
