Colgate Total Waxed Dental Floss - 50m Pack of 6

I specifically order this from Amazon because I cannot find it in where one would expect to find it - the "drugstore". It is not "over-coated" with wax, is thinner and does a smooth easy flossing job without leaving a 'string' or a "wax" between my teeth. For those who don't like waxy coating on their floss, this works nicely. Simply a positive blend of a personal preference meeting a good product.

I am liking this floss because it doesn’t shred like some of the others. I received samples from my dentist and that’s when I made the switch. However, I wasn’t able to find it in stores.

The classic Colgate floss has unfortunately changed for the worse. It still does the job, but it’s nowhere near the quality of the old Colgate floss, which used to be one of the best on the market. The new version feels much more average and less satisfying to use. I ended up buying it anyway because I couldn’t find a better alternative anymore .

This is my new favorite dental floss. It doesn't shred easily. It has a bit of a texture to it, which makes me feel like it's cleaning my teeth better. And when it does shred , it seems like it's easier to get out from between your teeth.

I have used Colgate dental floss for many years, and I usually purchase the 25m size on Amazon. This time I purchased the 50m 6-pack size. I don't know if this was a bad batch of floss or what happened, but it is the worse floss I have ever used. It shreds and breaks and is absolutely worthless. I can't return it because I've opened it to use it, which is the reason I bought it! What a waste of $26.00!

After trying so many flosses, this one is the best. It is strong, waxed, goes between tight teeth easily and rarely breaks. I highly recommend it. And, I believe it is not made of plastic but rather, nylon. I have tried the bamboo and other natural floss products and they break easily and are not usable

Colgate Total Floss used to be the only floss I could really use, but as plenty of other reviewers have mentioned, it's changed dramatically. It's notably thicker than it used to be, but the worst part is how easily this new version shreds. The first time I used it, I had to go through 4x as much floss as before, in part to remove all the filaments that got stuck. Oral-B Glide, which used to be subpar to Colgate Total, is now the superior product, even though even *it* shreds and can be hard to get between tight teeth.

Excellent Dental Floss.Does not break or fray, and does a good job or removing debris in between teeth. Easy to hold container too.
