Excellent for pond liner repairs
Great product. Really does what you hope it will. It is very good at fixing pond liners BUT I have to take off a star because No matter how careful you are it will get on something that you don't want it too. And anything that touches that, or touches the thing that touched that And it's impossible to get off.

Easy and cost effective solution to cracks in my plastic pondโฆ
I had a large crack along the ridge of my 30yr old plastic pond, and removing the established pond would have been a major job. I spotted the MyPond Marine Sealant but was a bit sceptical at first. According to the instructions itโs harmless to pond life and fish which was the most important bit to me! โฆ I used the colour Black to match the pond which is easily applied by the use of a sealant gun, โhowever be warnedโ wear disposable rubber gloves! As itโs difficult to remove from skin. I got some on my wrist, but used โIsopropyl liquidโ to get it off without any drama. There is a slight odour although nothing to worry about. After filling the large crack I smoothed it off with a putty knife and allowed it to set for 24 hrs, then topped back up with water. The end result is Great, no leaks whatsoever. Iโve also covered the area over with a large flat decorative stone which just overhangs enough to hide the repaired areaโฆ. itโs now 2 months since I repaired the crack and everything is looking good, and will keep my eye on itโs durability over the next 12 months and beyondโฆ For me itโs been a very cost effective lifesaver and would definitely use again if needed.

Expensive but effective
I used this to repair a tear in a pondโs liner. Having cut a small patch of liner about 20mm larger than the tear, I applied the sealant all over and around the tear then placed the patch over it. Allowed recommended 24 hours to cure then refilled the pond. Three days later it seems to have worked perfectly with no apparent drop in level.

Does the job.
Did the job, sealed the crack in my concrete pond, even below the waterline. Best to use gloves though as would be hard to remove from skin.

Doesn't work with preformed pond liners
Seams like decent stuff, but would not adhere to a pond liner and concrete seam and had all fallen off by the following day.

WORKS
Excellent, works as promised.

It's a good good sealant but,
The reason I returned it ,is because it needs a primer for concrete and the specific primer for humid septic tanks is very expensive

Stronger than aquarium silicone
Other than only available in black, this is an excellent sealant.

Love this
Our rubber lining seam had come open below the water line due to drought and the ground moving. When we realized that we needed help fast. This stuff worked perfectly. Caulked the open seam right in the water and pressed it closed with some rocks. The next day we could refill and the waterline didn't drop. We'll be buying more.
