Saw youtube videos from 3yrs ago complaining about connection issues and firmware updates. Mine connects fine so far, and I just went with the firmware it already has, as it works amazing as is. I just use it to practice out in my yard and the sound is perfect for that. Do not expect hi fi. Put it on a 'Hendrix' setting and it sounded better than what I get out of my amps-as I just don't get involved with pedal or amp tweeking-I've just set them and play as is as their intricacies just don't interest me. I want to spend time playing. This thing though added that slap back or momentary echo after hitting a chord and was just...perfect. It was a lo fi mini version, so SOUND is not better than my amps, but the vibe was just so fun and a surprise from this little thing. Glad I got it.
