For the price of these I would say it’s worth a shot to try if it might improve your chances of not developing neuropathy. I bought two and would change out about halfway through my hour long treatment. I think that icing ice lasted about 20-30 minutes before I felt they were too warm to be helping, then I would switch to the other pair which I kept in insulated lunch bag with ice packs to keep cold.
