So this little travel carrier came in clutch for me last week. It's a long story, but basically I took my bird to the vet in his other carrier, which is larger and has bars. The vet visit didn't go very well. Even worse, after getting home, my bird started bleeding. I had to rush him back to the vet where they ended up wrapping his wing. The poor little guy was freaking out. He was off balance, falling and rolling all over the place, and freaking out. I don't know if it was the heavens above looking out for me, or if I was just being smart in the moment, but as I ran out the door to rush him back to the vet when the bleeding started, I grabbed this little mesh carrier on the way out. I'm so VERY glad I did. This carrier saved the day. There was no way I was going to be able to get my bird home safely in his normal carrier. It was far too big and the bars were now a hazard in his condition. This little mesh carrier was EXACTLY what I needed for that situation. I was able to get my little guy home safely all thanks to it. I ended up taking the perch out and replacing it with a towel the vet tech gave me. So my bird laid on the towel inside the carrier on the drive home. I ended up having to take my bird back to the vet three more times over the course of the next week. I used this carrier for every single trip, and going forward I will be using it for all vet trips. It's the perfect size for small to medium sized birds, the mesh walls are soft, and the perch is sturdy. You can remove the perch if needed, I've had no issues with the zippers, the handle at the top is sturdy, the little front door is convenient, but also being able to open the side walls works just as well, if not better. It's light, but sturdy enough to keep your bird housed safely for travel. It's just a solid little travel carrier and I highly recommend it for vet visits to anyone with a small to medium sized bird. I regret not using it sooner. It has really simplified vet trips, and during that chaotic trip when my bird was bleeding and then had his wing wrapped, this carrier made a VERY stressful situation a little less stressful and helped me get my bird home safely. For me, it has already paid for itself. The price was already reasonable, but the thing has come in handy so much over the past week that it's paid for itself three times over. I can't recommend it enough. If I was able, I would give it 10 stars.

I love this! I wouldn’t go any bigger than a conure. Nicely sized. Light and easy on the go! It’s also pretty sturdy because of the perch. I was nervous at first. Zipper was good.

It’s sturdy, safe, roomy and very well made. Excellent as a travel cage or as temporary housing every time I wash my zebra finch’s cage. Very easy to fold to store away and assemble again for use.

The coolest little travel bag !!!!! I use this to take my babies to the groomers, (Cockatiel) I love the color & how easy it is to use, it makes traveling a breeze, I like how easy it is to clean & knowing my baby is safe when we need to travel, you can also fold it up when not in use, the zipper is good quality & moves smoothly, I do wish it had more than 1 door / window with screen for better air flow, but it works without issues

The design is great, but the mesh is getting pretty worn down from my birds biting at it. My budgies and cockatiel fit in here nicely, but I would only put max 2 budgies and max 1 cockatiel in here, and no birds bigger than a tiel. I gave it 4 stars due to the mesh, and the zipper. The zipper is hard to open usually, it gets caught and tugs. Lightweight, nice design though! There wasnt much assembly except the perch, but that was simple, it is very easy to remove and put back! I like the perch feature so my birds can at least sort of exercise their feet on long road trips (the swap between standing flat or perching on this or their dish provides some variety).

Very cute and serves the temporary purpose of transporting a small bird very well. Moderate quality, but good for the price-point. Took less than five minutes to put together, but I recommend letting it off-gas for 24 hours before using it. Don't keep your little friend in a small space for more than is absolutely necessary (there's not enough room for them to be healthy and happy).

This is a nice bird carrier. Will fit one, maybe two budgies, wouldn’t recommend for anything bigger. It hasn’t got a lot of use from me yet, since only one of my budgies isn’t afraid of it lol.

Bought this in order to move to another state with two parakeets. There's plenty of room for the two birds, plus their food and water dishes. Plenty of ventilation for them. Very soft (foldable for storage) and cleaning is very easy. Great design with a sturdy zipper. Perfect for moving, traveling, or going to the vet.
