I took a chance. The product quality is fine but It didn’t fit my older ‘Hotpoint’ gas stove. I Returned it for refund. (I wound up just marking my old knob with 1 dot of ‘Wite Out’ to indicate 350 and a red dot of nail polish for ‘Broil’. ) I use an inside the oven hanging thermometer so I know the knob markings are accurate for the oven’s middle rack.

The reason I bought this is that the numbers on our oven's knob were completed faded. The numbers on this knob are somewhat faded as well, and it might not be long before they completely fade.

The only issue was it didn’t fit but my friend used it for hers she says it’s really good

My old stove temp dial was worn and the numbers barely visible. This knob works perfectly although it doesn't match, it is great to be able to select the correct temperature. There is a dial on the back to adjust the dial for more accurate temp- (I had to use an oven thermometer) as the factory setting was about 50 degrees off. The adjustment was east to do and correct.

They fit a little snug as they really dont fit a universal stove.

Buyer beware! The description of this item states that it is made of "high quality heat resistant" materials, but I put the knob on my oven, we used it twice on the same day or about 10-15 minutes each time, and when I went to turn off the oven after the second use, I almost burned my hand because the knob was so hot. Then I actually looked at it, and the knob was deformed because it was literally melting. I had to use a knife to remove it because it was so hot, and when it cooled off, it had melted into a misshaped, useless mess. Imagine if I was cooking a roast or turkey. The thing would have melted into a puddle! I understand the item is not expensive, but if you cannot use it, it's worthless at any price.

The knob turns the wrong direction on my stove so can't use it.
