Fabulous product, and company
I ordered a 2nd block of this wonderful cheese at teatime on Wednesday 8th July, and it arrived, all the way from Italy, at 12.10pm today, (Thursday 9th July). We thought it was fast last time, at about 3 days, so this is super quick. It was really well packaged, and even had cooling pads in the foil lined box. It is a fabulous cheese, and the last block lasted us about 3 months. They even provide paper to wrap it in for storing, and full instructions on how to keep it. I have no hesitation in recommending this cheese, and this company. Brilliant!

Ottimo come tutto il parmigiano reggiano
Ottimo come tutto il parmigiano reggiano, questo ancora di più perché ha una stagionatura di 36 mesi, saporito, pastoso, non sa assolutamente di latte, quindi una buona stagionatura, buono grattato, ma ancora più buono mangiato a scaglie con del miele di Erica o Castagno, ieri sera con quello di erica, una cosa deliziosa, come antipasto o fine pasto. È arrivato come al solito rispettando le date, anzi è arrivato molto prima, dopo solo due giorni che l'ho ordinato, con il ghiaccio secco, quindi ben conservato. Lo consiglio anche perché il prezzo è molto buono, si paga per la consegna (non è un prodotto Prime) ma costa sempre meno che al Consorzio dove io ho sempre comprato il parmigiano.

Zergeht auf der Zunge und bringt den Gaumen zum lächeln
Nach Monaten der vergeblichen Suche in deutschen Supermärkten nach einem Parmesan der so schmeckt wie man es früher kannte, als noch nicht alles über Großfirmen bezogen wurde und sich Namen irgendwann in Eigenmarken verwandelten, hier ein ganz großes Lob an dieses Produkt bzw. an die Hersteller! Ich kann gar nicht in Worte fassen, wie dieses Geschmackserlebnis auf der Zunge zergeht und den Gaumen zum Lächeln bringt. Top. Bitte nichts an diesem Produkt jemals verändern. Vielen Dank!
