Quality Product and Excellent Service
I have previously only used "genuine" HP replacement ink cartridges as I know that HP tends to lock things down so that alternative products are rejected. Being very disgruntled by the extortionate price that HP charges for its products, however, I decided to try a third party replacement cartridge this time, albeit with some trepidation. The manufacturer of these ink cartridges does provide instructions on how to proceed if there are problems in the printer accepting the replacement but I need not have worried. The cartridge was accepted straight away with no problems. As far as I can see, the quality of print is as good as HP cartridges both for documents and for photos and at less than half the price. I was also impressed by the fact that my order was delivered the next day. Would definitely buy these cartridges again

Rejected by printer
I loaded the black HP 62 XL in my printer and the cartridge was not recognised. I had no problems with HP original ink cartridges. I have also used "cartridge people" which provide better quality product with no problems like this. I am very dissapointed. It is too late for a return as I bought this a few months ago and just loaded it in printer now.

I bought these cartridges last September and they worked fine. This month March 2025 the colour cartridge stopped working. I had also bought another set last December as spare. I fitted the new colour cartridge and it also would not work. It’s not recognised by my printer. I contacted the company a few times but got no response. I’ve purchased cartridges from another supplier now and they work fine.
