Excellent product, no dented cans
Read all the reviews about dented cans, etc., decided to give them a try. Excellent product. Highly recommend. Have ordered twice and am putting them on subscribe and save with monthly delivery. No dented cans yet. Come with all 4 tightly packaged together and box pull of plastic "pillows"Love them! I give them a bit of a rinse when I open them. Into the colander, drain off the liquid, rinse under cold waterNice flavor and very convenientI have no time or patience to roast red peppers. Whatever you don't use, store in fridge - put in a Ziploc bag or a container with a lid. These are perfect for anythingA quick chop for pizza, toppings, quesadilla, scrambled eggs, fritatta, burritos, tacosLeave in strips for sauteed onions and peppers to serve with Italian sausage. We use 4 cans in a month. Affordable because red peppers here run anywhere from $1.48/pound (sale either use immediately or freeze them) up to $4.99/pound.

Large red pepper strips are awesome!
These lovely red pepper strips are tender, firm, and not soggy. The red peppers I purchased in a jar at the grocery store are soft and rather slimy. Plus, they cost so much more. These Roland Fire Roasted Peppers, are as if the peppers came in from the field, were canned, shipped and arrived at my door a few few days. They really are delicious. Long strips of meaty peppers, not little chips are in a lined can. You may choose to serve in the natural juices or rinse, either way they are great. I chop: cucumbers, tomato, fresh red and green peppers, black olives, onions, the canned red peppers etc. A simple dressing of olive oil and cider vinegar does the trick. Nice cool salad on the warm days of summer. Thank you Roland.

Good product but dent cans
Tastes very good, I remove the pepper from liquid and add oil, vinegar and garlic. My problem is with sending dent cans twice. IFirst time I got them dent, Amazon replaced them and again few were dent. The packing was good so they were sent in this condition.

EVERY CAN DENTED!
Factory seconds? All cans dented. Big dents on some, little but deep dents on others. I opened one with a small deep dent at the base. Tastes good, but when I noticed the dent, I felt it wasn't safe to eat. I like Roland products like olives...

Great product, but use quickly...
Great roasted red peppers with a pickled taste. In used to get large jars of different product at one of those warehouse food stores. When they discontinued the brand I had been using I switched to this product, after being surprised that Amazon sells this. I like the volume vs. Price. They are not hard and crisp but nice and soft. Wish that it had more spice favor to it to balance the pickling flavor. One cooked I add my spices of choice and enjoy. One bad item: I vacuumed sealed mine in a bell jar to keep fresh. That resulted in the top becoming fuzzy. I'll have to just use it faster or can in a smaller jar with salt on top.
