It does look nice while walking down the hall, but it has my pet peeve of nursing scrubs that when leaning over to do patient care, everything underneath is exposed. When sitting at the desk, it naturally wants to gape open showing cleavage. I have yet to figure out how to sew darts to avoid these two problems. I don't want to ruin the effect of the gathering at the sleeves and putting it in the front center ruins the attractive round look.
