I had bought a Milwaukee leather bike jacket for him for our anniversary and that was so nice for him decided to take a chance for his Christmas present...he is 6'2" and about 215# wears a size 11-12 shoe... Got these in a size 12 and he said he loved them out if the box! He wanted the high rise to wear and said these were just right and wears them w a pair of thick hiker socks (he still rides w temps at 50 if it's sunny)...he will wear them in summer too...they are relatively lightweight but not flimsy and look sharp! I returned/exchanged the 9.5 for 8.5 and this size is much more realistic and, for me, need some dialing-in with different insoles.
